Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, that if you return an item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund. Once we have received your return we will start the returns process and refund you for the order. We will always refund the original payment amount for all items meeting the refund criteria, however, shipping costs will not be refunded

We do not offer free returns on our items. We suggest choosing a tracked service and getting a receipt for proof of postage. If your item is faulty, or damaged or you have received the incorrect item please get in touch with our customer service team at info@pukka-pads.eu we aim to respond to your email within 3 working days, this does not include weekends. Please note that response times may vary and our customer service team will aim to respond to your query as quickly as we can. Please remember to be kind when speaking to our team.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
